Divine Feminine Workshop

The Divine Feminine Way is magical, and incorporating our cycles into this workshop is an extra treat! 

During this workshop you can expect:

~ tools you can incorporate to live a more ease-ful life

~ learning how to receive 

~ learning about your cycle and what comes next - peri menopause - which can start anytime after the age of 35

~ a short, gentle movement section

~ bonus energy clearing at the end of the session to leave you feeling refreshed as you move through the coming week!

This interactive workshop will include journaling, discussions, and movement.
